Shannon McNally

Hi! I am the proud owner/ Instructor of FIT4MOM West Houston/Galleria. I have one sweet and sassy three year old that keeps me very busy. I am passionate about helping moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life and creating a sense of community among the moms in our area. I look forward to building a strong village filled with amazing moms. Fit4mom has helped me and many other women find a sisterhood in motherhood. Fit moms really do ROCK!

Jeanette Mueller

I’m originally from San Antonio, but just recently moved from Colorado. I am former First Grade/Kindergarten teacher. I have two daughters. Teagan who is 3 and Keira who is 1. We are an active family and enjoy spending time outdoors. I have been a part of the FIT4MOM family since 2015. While relocating, I was involved with a variety of FIT4MOM locations. Each group made me feel welcomed and allowed me to grow a passion for fitness and help guide mothers find their strength in motherhood. I am eager and excited to welcome each of you to our village and find your strength in all areas. Thanks & Gig’Em!

Susan Del Broccolo

Hi there, my name is Susan Del Broccolo! I am one of the fitness instructors with Fit4Mom Stroller Strides at Briargrove/Tanglewood. My husband and I have two beautiful girls; my oldest is 2 1⁄2 years old and my youngest is 11 months old. Being a mother is the most honorable and one of the most important, selfless jobs in the world. As a mother it is crucial to care of oneself by fueling the body correctly and exercising. “Fit4Mom /Stroller Strides” not only provides an amazing workout to fuel our day, but it provides a supporting community towards mothers and children. We as women are powerful and capable of so many things. Our bodies and minds should be accepted, nurtured and loved just as we do for our children. I continue to remind myself to take care of all the aspects of my body while setting an example to my daughters. I am so proud and honored to be a Fit4Mom instructor and pass on the love of fitness to other mothers.I hope to see more beautiful mothers join us for an amazing workout! Welcome to our village!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
